There are seven steps to self-forgiveness: Acknowledge your mistakes and take responsibility for them; Recognise that everyone makes mistakes and that it is natural part of being human; Practice self-compassion by treating yourself with kindness and understanding; Let go of the past and focus on the present moment and the future; Learn from your mistakes and use them as opportunities for growth and self-improvement; Seek support from loved ones, friends or even professional if needed; Embrace forgiveness as an ongoing process and be patient with yourself. The toughest part for me is going to be practicing self-compassion. It's so much easier to be kind to others, but when it comes to myself, not so much. Writing this blog is my way of taking a step towards forgiving myself and letting go of that guilt. Nobody's perfect, right? We all mess up sometimes, but that's how we learn and improve.

Before you can act, you need to establish a direction. How to train mindfulness? Pay attention to your mind - associations, images that come to your mind while reading this post. At the same time, look around at your surroundings - what do you see? What do you hear? Which signals reach your senses? The consciousness of the body and of that which is happening outside at the same time - that is a manifestation of CONSCIOUSNESS. Other words you see, feel, register what is going on in your mind - in an instant.Mindfulness training here and now is the essence of ZEN meditation. You sit on a chair or pillow with your legs crossed. Back straight, eyes open - but don't look around; concentrate on your breath. You count your breaths in series: one, two, three... up to ten. At the same time, you register all sensations. If there are images in your mind, thoughts, if you hear an inner dialogue, or you feel an impulse to do something immediately, pay attention to it and just let it go. If you become lost in your thought, return to counting your breaths and creating a calm presence. After 20-40 minutes (I recommend 10 minutes of this exercise for beginners) you get up without haste and continue this practice by walking slowly with awareness of each step and breath. My description of such an experience or exercise may make you think that it is something passive, without energy and power. However, this is a misunderstanding. Such a pause is an extremely powerful experience, especially for active, dynamic people. You know what happens if you accelerate a car to 100 km/h and suddenly brake! Therefore, I am not advocating a drastic approach to practice (a few-days of a ZEN workshop, or a trip to a meditation centre). Start slowly with short exercises at home/workplace, as above. Gradually, the practice of mindfulness can be incorporated into your everyday life.

As humans, we can't live in isolation; at least, I can't. We need people around us to share our joys, frustrations, and experiences. We require someone to listen and empathise, to inspire us, and to engage in meaningful conversations. No single person can fulfill all these roles, which is why a village-like community is essential.

Anger, a force that moves energies, spurs us to actions we sometimes later regret. This is anger as an EMOTION, with a learned reaction. However, rather than being destructive, anger can also be used to lift us up - to motivate us to change. Anger is necessary because without it, everything would be flat and bland. The bitterness of emotions is like an espresso that stimulates digestion after a heavy meal. According to psychologists, emotions directly affect our health and can cause disease. And here come two "revolutionary" trends: German medicine and bio-logic.

Remember those moments in life that energised you? Or maybe it was that awesome conversation you had, or when you conquered a difficult task, or even when you learned something new and felt super proud of yourself. Think about how they made you feel. These little moments have the power to make our days so much better and make us happier overall. So imagine if we actively looked for and embraced more of these moments—our lives would be so much happier, right?

Anger is one of those feelings that should not be shown, because it is not socially acceptable. However, it accompanies us daily and at the same time we do not have the tools to deal with it.
