Meet Mags and Gosia

Our Story

We are friends who actively thrive on having a well-developed life flow.  We aspire to deal with all aspects of our busy lives successfully and achieve a balanced life, where we get to be ourselves and follow our passions.

We use simple and effective tools and techniques, for example Emotional Culture Deck cards. The reason why we like using cards is that they add an element of fun and open for deeper conversation.

We're also both ECD Practitioners.

We know that every person is capable of change, and sometimes all that is needed is a motivation and the right tools to succeed.

Throughout my life, I have been captivated by acting and show business. After completing my MBA degree in Economics, I decided to pursue my passion and enrol at the Actor’s Academy. This has led me to act in professional theatres across Warsaw (Poland). Finally, I was doing something I loved. But life likes to play tricks on us, and I ended up following my heart and moving to New Zealand. Then the opportunity came to start our coaching business with Mags. I knew straight away that I would utilise the tools and techniques I had learned as an actor in workshops that we run.

Acting requires creating different characters on stage and taking emotional ownership of them. We need to ‘play’ with our emotions, be able to portray them well - all are part of performing on stage. As an actor, you need to learn to control yourself and safely get 'in and out of character', so it wouldn't consume you. You need to master self-coaching.

I see a lot of translations of it in our daily lives. We also play different roles. I will show you how to work with your psyche and physics to achieve your goals. By using just a few simple techniques, you will learn: more about yourself and your body, how to tackle different challenges, how to master your emotions plus more.

Hello! It is really great to connect with you.

Ever since I remember, people would come to me for advice or help. Not sure why. But for me, it was a deep desire to help others and see them overcome their hurdles.

My life has always been about the journey and the learnings that come with it, not a destination. Grabbing opportunities as they presented themselves meant I could create the life I have now, but not what I would have expected. And no matter what challenges stood in my way, I had this belief that things would work out in the end. Carrying that optimism and looking at positives in challenging situations served me well up to this point.

A few years ago, I came across Clifton StrengthsFinder, and I was immediately hooked. Discovering my talents, appreciating them, learning how I can utilise them to the maximum, and how they shape who I am, was an eye-opener. But also that they can get me into trouble. This made me so much more aware of myself. It has also translated into how I view other people.

During sessions with my clients, we work on understanding their strengths and how people can apply them in their life, relationships and work. Seeing my clients succeed and being able to stand on their own two feet tackling life’s challenges gives me a thrill and makes me feel very privileged to be part of their journey.
